"Not many show dates available"
I checked hoping to find a decent selection of shows, but there really weren’t many dates open. It was disappointing, and I’m tired of getting the same canned apology whenever something like this comes up. I’d rather just see more options available.

"Had to chase updates after booking"
I booked tickets through shubert.com, and the actual checkout part was fine, but after that the communication was frustrating. I kept checking my email and account because updates were either slow or not very clear, and after a while it started to feel like I was begging just to know what was going on.
When I reached out with a question, the response took longer than I expected, which added to the resentment a bit because nothing about this should’ve been that stressful. The tickets worked out, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the lack of communication really took away from the experience. 2 stars

"Pretty easy way to get my tickets"
I bought my tickets on shubert.com and it was painless. The seating chart came up without any issues, and I could actually see the prices clearly, which made picking seats a lot easier.
Checkout was quick, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I appreciated not having to click through a million extra steps or deal with anything confusing, because if it had turned into a hassle I probably would’ve just gone somewhere else for tickets.
The only thing was I had to stop and double-check the date before I paid, but that was more on me than the site. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use it again.

"Seems like a reliable site"
I’ve used shubert.com a couple of times to look up tickets and show details, and from my experience it seems like the kind of site you can generally trust. Everything looked legitimate and matched what I was expecting. The layout isn’t always the quickest to navigate, but I didn’t notice anything weird or sketchy. I’d use it again

"Prices seemed clear from the start"
I liked that Shubert showed the prices upfront, at least from what I could tell, and I didn’t feel like there were any surprise charges waiting for me at checkout. The fees were easy to spot too, which made the whole thing less stressful. Simple process overall, and I appreciated that...

Took my mom here and it was a lot smoother than I expected. The ramps were easy to use, the seats were simple to get to, and the staff jumped in quickly when we needed help. Little things like getting through the entrance, finding where to sit, moving around without feeling rushed, and having someone point us in the right direction made a big difference. My mom didn’t have to struggle with steps, tight spaces, confusing paths, or waiting around for assistance, so the whole visit felt stress-free.

Buying tickets on shubert.com was painless, so I’ll give them that. The site worked fine and I didn’t run into any major issues checking out. But wow, the refund rules are kind of a headache, and it feels like you really have to commit the second you click buy.
I know theater tickets usually come with strict policies, but life happens, you know? Plans change, people get sick, stuff comes up. I just wish there was a little more flexibility instead of making it feel like you’re completely stuck. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

Picking seats on shubert.com was simple overall. The seat map loaded fine, and I liked that I could see the prices without having to click around a ton. It did take me a min to figure out the view thing, but once I got past that, checkout was smooth. I'd use it again

"Getting in was confusing"
The entry process was kind of a mess. The security line moved really slowly, and it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to go. To make it more confusing, the email said one thing but the staff seemed to be directing people another way. Bag check felt rushed too, so it wasn’t the best start before the show.

I bought tickets on shubert.com, and I’ll give them credit for showing the service fees before checkout. There wasn’t any last-minute shock, which I appreciated, but I was still a little disappointed to see the extra charges added on at all.
The process was quick and the fees weren’t as ridiculous as some other ticket sites, but it still took some of the excitement out of buying the tickets. I’d probably use it again, but I can’t say I felt great about paying more than the ticket price.

"Exchange worked, but I wouldn’t count on it being easy"
I had to exchange my tickets and it did go through, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the policy felt a little strict, and I was definitely worried about getting stuck with the wrong tickets or paying extra fees. It’s not a terrible process, but if your plans might change, I’d be careful and read the rules closely first. I just wish there was a bit more flexibility without so much hassle.
